2.59 crore ka price tag for SAP Global H Block Sohna is making me think. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade, but is this price jump worth it for daily living? Yaar, brochures toh sab sahi dikhate hain, but actually rehne mein kaisa hai? Are the amenities useful, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain?

Compare it with something in Basai or even some parts of New Gurgaon. And Sohna is developing, especially with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway nearby. Connectivity is improving, not perfect, but getting better. Price might seem high now, but land prices are appreciating everywhere, even near Baharampur Naya.

Exactly, U1! My cousin lives near Badshahpur and he says Sohna ka connectivity abhi bhi challenge hai. Daily commute ke liye it's a headache. Amenities bhi dekh lo, sometimes they are not maintained after a few years. Just check the maintenance charges.
