Guys, I'm confused between SAP Home 3 and Jaypee Knights Court in Noida. SAP Home 3 is cheaper, but what about the construction quality? Kisi ko pata hai? Jaypee Knights Court is luxury, but is it worth the price difference? Mujhe connectivity ke bare mein bhi janna hai. Which one has better access to metro and highways? What's your take on the ROI for both? Which one would you recommend for investment? Please advice.
