SAP Homes amenities don't justify build quality concerns
Since last year I'm eyeing 3BHKs in Greater Noida for investment. How much does initial build quality, like cracks or seepage, impact resale value and future maintenance? For SAP Homes, do premium amenities truly attract good tenants, or are they just a price hike without solid ROI? I'm trying to weigh the long-term costs.

Yaar, main bhi SAP Homes dekh raha tha. Price range ₹36 L – ₹54 L sounds okay for a 3BHK, but the 'ongoing' status and no RERA number make me super nervous. Build quality issues jaise cracks aur seepage toh future mein sir dard ban jaate hain. Kya in amenities ka sach mein koi long-term value hai ya sirf dikhava?
Totally agree! RERA nahi hai toh trust kaise karein? Bahut risky lag raha hai, bhai.
