What's the ground reality of construction quality and amenities in Noida projects for investors? I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections myself. For SAP Rise Residency, does the build quality (cracks, seepage) hold up after a year? Aur promised amenities, jaise clubhouse ya green areas, are they actually maintained or just brochure stuff? Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Is it value for money for tenants? Investor ke liye resale value aur tenant attraction pe kitna impact aata hai from these things?
