Core service quality in Noida projects is a huge concern for investors like me. I'm based in Dubai, can't easily inspect. For Saraswati Executive Home, I'm hearing mixed things about elevator quality and slow maintenance. Is it full flat power backup or just common areas? My property manager mentioned constant elevator issues. This really affects tenant satisfaction and rental income, yaar. Is this common across Noida, or specific to this project? What are your experiences there?

Yaar, you've hit the nail on the head. Service quality is a nightmare in so many Noida projects. I'm also a first-time buyer and this is my biggest fear. Saraswati Executive Home ki toh suni hai maine bhi, but is it really that bad? Like, common areas mein bhi issues hain ya sirf flats ke andar? And is this a widespread Noida problem or specific to this builder? Bahut tension ho rahi hai, budget bhi tight hai.
