Just got possession for my unit at Saraswati Executive Home a couple months back, and the final total cost is way higher than what they showed initially. Brochure price for a 2BHK was like 55L, but after all the PLC, utility charges, maintenance advance, and some random 'convenience fees' I'm staring at almost 62L. That's a huge jump. It really eats into any potential rental yield or capital appreciation I was hoping for. Honestly didn't expect such a difference for a completed project. Did anyone else face this with Saraswati? How did you guys deal with these hidden charges, or was it just me not reading the fine print well enough?
