What's the real deal with construction quality after a year or two in places like Saraswati Executive Home? I'm seriously eyeing a 2BHK there, and brochures look amazing, but my parents keep saying what's promised vs. delivered is often very different. Are residents seeing cracks, seepage, or fitting issues soon after possession? Also, how are the maintenance charges? They quote something reasonable now, but does that actually cover good service? Or is it just a high charge for basic stuff that's never fixed? I'm worried about the clubhouse and sports facilities too; are they genuinely usable or just showpieces? Honestly, ab samajh nahi aa raha what to believe. Any real experiences from owners there?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I'm also looking at Saraswati Executive Home, and the prices seem okay for a 2BHK in that range (₹38 L – ₹76 L), but my biggest fear is the quality falling apart after a year. My brother faced a similar issue with another builder in Alpha I Greater Noida, and it was a nightmare. So, I'm super hesitant.
