Honestly, I'm finding this whole upgrade process way more complicated than I thought. Currently in a 2BHK in Beta-1, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Greater Noida. Saraswati Executive Home completed project par nazar hai, price range ₹37.99 L–₹75.98 L dikha raha hai. Since it's completed, capital appreciation kitni hui hai since launch? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Matlab, exit karna easy hoga kya in 5-7 years? Investor ratio vs end-user ratio ka kya scene hai? Don't want a ghost society. Any experiences ya advice on its long-term potential?

Beta-1 se upgrade ka plan hai. Saraswati Executive Home ka price range theek lag raha hai, especially agar completed hai. Par capital appreciation aur exit liquidity ka darr hai. Worth it hai kya?
Worth it toh tab hoga na jab 'completed' ka matlab clear ho. RERA mein toh possession date 2025-10-01 dikha raha hai. Ye red flag hai, bhai. RERA details dobara check karo.
