Did a site visit to Sare Sports Parc last week. Amenities brochure mein toh mast lag rahe the, but daily life mein kitne useful hain? Pool, gym toh sab jagah hote hain. I'm wondering about the sports facilities, like actual usage aur maintenance. Is it genuinely a good place to live daily, ya bas paper pe acha hai? My budget is around 78L for a 2BHK, so I need to know if it's worth it. Kya community feel hai wahan?

Been there, done that. I bought a flat near Baharampur Naya a few years back. Brochure mein sab gold plated lagta hai. Reality mein, builder ne completion ke baad bhi chhoti chhoti cheezein theek nahi ki. Community feel toh tab banegi jab log actually move in karein aur facilities maintain hon. Pehle possession status clear karo, then amenities dekho.
The RERA number for Sare Sports Parc is 175 OF 2017. Their promised possession date was 2021-09-01. It's already 2024. So, 'ONGOING' status ka matlab hai ki project abhi bhi complete nahi hua hai ya OC nahi mila hai. Ispe dhyan do.
