Been looking at Ghaziabad properties for months. Sarena Iris Prime looks good. I'm in Dubai, can't visit. What's its realistic delivery timeline and expected rental yield? Resale potential after 5 years kaisa hai? Need ground truth.

Bhai, Ghaziabad mein ₹3.3 Cr – ₹4.6 Cr? Bahut zyada nahi hai for a first-time buyer? Rental yield bhi doubtful hai at this price point.
Totally agree U2. For that price, you'd expect a much better rental yield than what Ghaziabad usually offers. My cousin bought in Ahinsa Khand 1 and struggles with tenants due to the high supply.
