Sarita Vihar — I'm looking at a 3BHK here, around ₹2.5 Cr. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, yaar. Prices yahan justified lagte hain kya? matlab, is it worth that much? Builders like DLF or Godrej have projects nearby, but I'm seeing older societies too. Kya real resident life yahan kaafi peaceful hai, ya traffic aur noise ka issue hai? Investment point of view se, 3-5 saal mein appreciation kitni expect kar sakte hain? Thoda inside scoop chahiye. Any negotiation room in these prices?

Bhai, 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sarita Vihar? Thoda over-the-top lag raha hai. Unless it's a super premium society, which older ones usually aren't. What's the exact size you're looking at? Maintenance charges bhi dekh lena, they can be a killer in older buildings. Plus, traffic has become a nightmare on Mathura Road, especially during peak hours.
