Moved into my new flat near Sarjapur Road in March, it's been quite an experience. Honestly, first-hand dekh ke I'm wondering about the 'Luxury Homes' corridor. Bahut hype hai, but prices already seem quite high. Not sure if there’s still good ROI potential there, ya peak ho gaya hai? Especially for projects like Prestige City or Godrej properties. Kya lagta hai, any undervalued pockets abhi bhi hain? Or should I look at other areas for investment?

Totally agree, yaar! Sarjapur ka hype bahut zyada hai, but prices dekh ke toh mera budget hi hil gaya. Peak ho gaya hai for sure.
Haan bhai, same experience. Builders bas inflated prices pe 'discounts' offer kar rahe hain, sab game hai. Real value for money is hard to find.
