Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab builder final karna hai. Currently in a 2BHK near Whitefield, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK on Sarjapur Road. Everyone glorifies Advaitha Aksha, but I've heard construction quality is a hit or miss after possession. Matlab, finishing issues aur seepage common hai kya? SSVR Acacia looks okay, par unki customer support ka bura haal suna hai. Don't want to get stuck with hidden charges later. Is the premium really worth it for these? Change my mind.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Advaitha Aksha ka hype toh bahut hai, but under the hood kaafi issues sunne ko mil rahe hain. My cousin's friend bought a 3BHK there and regretted it because of constant leakage problems post-monsoon. Finishing ka bhi issue tha, small things like uneven flooring and chipped paint, but it adds up to a bad experience.
Haan bhai, same experience from a colleague. Advaitha Aksha mein plumbing issues common hain, especially on higher floors.
