Sarjapur Road. Upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK. Comparing Sobha Neopolis and Saranya Sannidhi. Is Sobha's premium worth it for an end-user, or are their projects more for investors? Thoughts?

Hey everyone, first-time homebuyer here, feeling overwhelmed! We currently have a 2BHK on Sarjapur Road and are looking to upgrade to a 3BHK for more space. Been looking at Sobha Neopolis and Saranya Sannidhi. Sobha ka quality toh pata hai, but the price is giving me nightmares.
