Sarjapur Road dream flat: VDB quality, hidden charges?

Since last year I've been checking out flats in Bengaluru, especially around Sarjapur Road. VDB Value Willow Farm looks decent, but I'm hearing mixed reviews. My main worry hai construction quality. Some friends told me ki their projects mein after possession, plaster cracks ya seepage issues aate hain. Is this true for Value Willow Farm also? I don't want to invest ₹1.2 Cr in a 2BHK and then face constant repairs. Also, are there any hidden charges with VDB? Like registry ke time pe kuch extra demands, ya maintenance deposits jo pehle nahi bataye? My parents keep saying these builders add a lot of surprise costs later. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I proceed ya look for other options? Has anyone here bought from VDB, especially Value Willow Farm? What was your experience with construction and final payment?
