Sarjapur Road investment: Still value or already peaked?
Honestly, I work in real estate, but when it's for your own money, even I feel lost sometimes. Sarjapur Road pe dekh raha hoon property, but ek bada confusion hai. Is it still a good investment ya fir it's already peaked? Matlab, prices toh kaafi badh gaye hain pichhle kuch saalon mein. I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹1.2 Cr max. Should I go for something closer to the ORR stretch, jahan connectivity achhi hai, but prices bhi high hain? Ya thoda andar Sarjapur town side, jahan maybe future appreciation ka scope zyaada hai, but infrastructure abhi utna develop nahi hua? What do you guys think about the current price trend there? Koi specific pockets jahan abhi bhi achha ROI mil sakta hai? Your ground-level experience will be super helpful. Please share your thoughts!
