Sarjapur Road prices: Are they justified?

The price growth on Sarjapur Road feels totally disconnected from the ground reality, yaar. Just moved into my 2BHK last month. Builders promise connectivity, but traffic is a nightmare near Wipro. Metro ka kaam bhi slow hai. Is this appreciation justified for the daily struggle? Change my mind.
