Is the current Bangalore property price hike even sustainable till 2026, or are we heading for a correction? I've been checking 2BHKs in Whitefield and Sarjapur, and honestly, ₹1.4 Cr for a decent place feels insane. My parents keep saying wait for a dip, but it just keeps rising. Ulsoor is completely out of budget now. Should I just bite the bullet, or will Metro Phase 3 completion actually cool things down a bit? I'm worried about buying at the peak.
