Aapne Dharani Ventures ka naam liya, unka toh koi track record hi nahi hai as per RERA site. Search kiya tha maine bhi. Builders ka past performance dekhne ke liye RERA ki site pe 'Promoter Details' mein jaake 'Projects Registered' check karo, wahan past projects aur unke status mil jaate hain. Agar koi project delayed hai, toh RERA order section mein complaints mil sakti hain. Builder-buyer agreement mein sabse bada red flag hota hai penalty clause jo sirf buyer pe lagta hai, builder pe nahi.
1.2 Cr for 2BHK in Sarjapur Road thoda stretched lag raha hai. Kya configuration mil rahi hai isme? Builders prices badha dete hain carpet area kam karke, dhyan rakhna.
