Sarjapur Road rent hike has me rethinking everything

Since last year, my rent on Sarjapur Road has jumped almost 25%. Honestly fed up. Paying so much for a 2BHK there feels crazy now. I'm starting to think EMI might actually be similar or less. Is it finally tilting towards buying in Bangalore, or will these rents stabilise? Am I missing something in the EMI vs rent math?
