Sarjapur Road vs Yelahanka for 2BHK, need honest opinions
Been looking for almost a year now, aur ab toh renting se bilkul fed up ho gaya hoon. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya yaar. Finally, I'm taking the plunge to buy a 2BHK in Bangalore. My budget is around ₹80L-₹1.2 Cr, maybe a little more for the right place. Initially, Whitefield dekha tha but traffic bahut hai, commute will be crazy. Electronic City ka vibe bhi utna appeal nahi kiya. Ab main Sarjapur Road aur Yelahanka mein confused hoon. Sarjapur Road mein Prestige aur Sobha ke projects hain, connectivity bhi improve ho rahi hai. But Yelahanka with the airport expansion and Aerospace SEZ seems promising for future appreciation. Kya lagta hai, which area has better long-term potential for a first-time buyer? Infrastructure impact like Namma Metro Phase 2/3 expansion kitna matter karega? Any experiences with builders like Trivik or Godrej in these areas? Honest opinions please!
