Sarjapur Road: What brochures conveniently omit
₹45k for a 2BHK in Sarjapur Road? Landlord just hiked it again, I'm so fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge and looking to buy, after all that EMI vs rent math, but Sarjapur Road seems like a trap. Everyone talks about the future development and IT hubs, but okay, I'll say what no one says: the infrastructure is a joke. Daily commute is a soul-crushing nightmare, especially near the Wipro/RGA Tech Park stretch. It's like one long, never-ending bottleneck. Builders sell dreams of connectivity, but is anyone actually living that reality? Are we just buying into future promises that never quite materialize, paying premium for perpetual traffic? What about water issues, or just basic civic amenities? Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.

I think the OP is being a bit harsh. Yes, traffic is bad, but that's Bangalore everywhere. Sarjapur Road has excellent schools, hospitals, and access to the
Totally agree with the OP! Sarjapur Road is becoming a nightmare. My office is near RGA Tech Park and the daily commute feels like a punishment. Builders show fancy renders of wide roads, but the reality is pot-holed lanes and endless jams. I saw a 2BHK there for 90L, and for that price, I expect proper infrastructure, not just 'future potential'. Is anyone actually happy with their purchase here?
I heard from a friend who lives near Wipro SEZ that water supply is a huge issue in many apartments. They rely heavily on tankers, which adds to the monthly maintenance. Is this true for most of Sarjapur Road or just specific pockets?
Haan bhai, same feeling! Brokers make it sound like paradise but for the price, the ground reality is a shocker.
