Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme for Sarvottam Newoida. They projected amazing capital appreciation and quick delivery. Ab current prices barely moved from pre-launch. Builder ka delivery track record bhi thoda shaky lag raha, past projects bhi delay hue hain. I'm worried about investor ratio; will it become a ghost society? Resale value aur rental yield pe kya effect hoga? Anyone here invested from pre-launch? Kya lagta hai, future mein exit strategy ke liye liquidity milegi?

Official possession date toh 2024-10-01 hai. Site pe kaam chal toh raha hai, but speed kaafi slow hai. Maine last month visit kiya tha, lag nahi raha ki time pe finish hoga. Abhi bhi bahut finishing work pending hai.
