Totally agree with the OP! Sasane Nagar ka traffic toh nightmare hai. Every time I visit, I feel like I'm stuck forever. Prices seem inflated for what you get, especially when you compare it to areas like Hadapsar which has better amenities right now. Is this just FOMO driving prices up?
