Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Satbari for a 3BHK. Builder ne UER-II connectivity se prices jump honge bola, but construction toh bilkul slow hai. They promised 2.5 years, abhi 3 ho gaye. Is it worth buying near these 'upcoming' infra projects like UER-II or Metro Phase IV? Ya phir Vasant Kunj jaise established areas hi better hain for appreciation? Delays ka kitna impact hoga?

Bhai, this is exactly my worry! Satbari ka potential toh dikhta hai, but builder delays se itna darr lagta hai. My friend booked in a project near Dwarka Expressway, same story. 3 saal ho gaye, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Kya faida itni high prices dene ka agar time pe ghar na mile?

Totally agree with your point! Builders bas infra ka naam leke inflate karte hain prices. Real progress toh ground pe zero hota hai.
