What's the real construction quality at Sathi Apartments after a year of possession? I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK, maybe even a villa, and Sathi is on my radar. But I'm worried about long-term issues. Apna current flat mein after a year, seepage aur minor cracks ne bohot pareshaan kiya hai. Is the maintenance team there responsive, ya bas charges lete hain? As an investor, I need to know if these issues hit resale value or tenant retention. Kya premium worth it hai?

Sathi Apartments? Bhai, quality ka to pata nahi, but suna hai builder bahut slow hai. Possession dates hamesha extend karte rehte hain, aur phir finishing bhi compromised hoti hai. Mere ek friend ne Alaknanda mein inka ek project dekha tha, same issue.
But prices toh premium
Haan bhai, same experience. Sirf paper pe hi progress dikhate hain.
