Current market conditions mein builders bahut pressure mein hain finish karne ke liye. Sathi jaise projects mein delay common hai. Don't rush into anything. Delhi NCR mein abhi inventory bahut hai, especially in the peripheral areas. Patience is key for first-time buyers.
Construction quality ke liye, always check the plaster finish, floor tiling ki alignment, aur plumbing fixtures ki brand. Sathi mein maine suna hai ki common areas mein finish quality bahut average hai. Aur parking ke liye, builder se written commitment lo. Lottery system is a red flag, it means they don't have enough slots for all units.
U7, that's a tough one for first-time buyers. You probably need an independent engineer for that, which adds to cost. But definitely check for cracks in common areas, especially near pillars and beams. Also, I heard Sathi's project near Ansal Villas had seepage issues.
Agree on the written commitment part. Builder promises a lot but delivers less. What about the structural integrity? How can we check that?
Mujhe toh location bahut achhi lagi hai. Near Alaknanda, connectivity is superb! Price bhi theek lag raha hai.
