Sattva Bliss carpet area is a massive letdown

Is Sattva Bliss actually good to live in, ya phir bas brochure mein hi achha dikhta hai? I'm looking at the ₹93.59 L–₹94.09 L range for a 3BHK. Currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli, thinking of upgrading, but this project seems fishy. The carpet area efficiency they show on paper feels so misleading. Brochure mein toh sab bada aur 'spacious' lagta hai, but when you check the actual layouts, usable space for a 3BHK feels barely bigger than my current 2BHK. It's frustrating, already have a home loan, and this price jump should mean real, usable space, not just extra walls. Is the premium justified for such layouts? Kya builders bas numbers dikhate hain? What about amenity quality? Anyone moved in already? What was your possession experience like? Did you feel cheated with the actual space after moving in?
