Sattva City amenities are overrated for families

Been looking for a bigger flat for a year now, and everyone glorifies Sattva City's amenities. But honestly, kids ke liye swimming pool ya clubhouse kitna use hota hai? I'm worried about the actual daily livability and community vibe wahan pe. Is it just for show-off, ya genuinely family-friendly hai? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the post! Sattva City ka brochure dekh ke lagta hai sab kuch perfect hai, but jab ground reality dekho toh lagta hai kya yeh amenities daily use mein aayengi? Hum toh family ke liye dekh rahe hain, bachchon ko park chahiye, open space chahiye, fancy clubhouse ka kya karenge? Budget bhi tight hai, itne paise sirf show-off ke liye dena sahi nahi lagta.
