Sattva City visit left me wondering about quality

Visited Sattva City last weekend. The show flat looked great, but it got me thinking about actual construction quality after a year or two. Currently in a 2BHK, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK, so this is a big decision. Has anyone faced issues like cracks or seepage in projects after possession? Also, what's the reality of maintenance charges there? Is it value for money, or just high charges for basic services? Really want to avoid future headaches. Is the price jump worth it for genuine quality?
