The carpet area in these premium projects is always a shocker, honestly. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking at Sattva La Vita for a smaller, manageable flat. At ₹5.6 Cr, I'd expect better use of space. Does anyone live there? How is the actual livability, not just the brochure pictures? Especially worried about daily conveniences and hospital access nearby. And the community vibe – is it friendly or isolating? Just want a peaceful, efficient home.

Sattva La Vita, hmm. I've heard mixed reviews about Sattva projects lately. Especially for ongoing ones like this, the possession date is always a concern. Is 2026-07-01 really achievable? Anyone here faced delays with them? Also, is the RERA PRM
Totally agree, yaar! These builders show fancy renders but the actual space is always disappointing. For 5.6 Cr, you should get a proper 3 BHK, not some glorified 2.5. I saw a similar issue with a project near Akshayanagar, the quoted price vs. usable area was just ridiculous. It's like they're selling air.

Livability depends on your lifestyle. If you're downsizing and don't need huge spaces, it might work. But for the price, the carpet area is definitely a point of concern. No one really lives *there* yet, it's still under construction, so community vibe is TBD.
I don't live there, but I visited a friend who booked in phase 1. The sample flat felt okay, but yes, carpet area is tight. For daily conveniences, there's a small market coming up nearby, and a couple of decent hospitals are within 5-7 km. Community-wise, it's still new, so hard to say, but the common areas looked well-maintained.
