Since January I've been shortlisting. Sattva Lake Ridge ki construction quality pe doubt hai. Promised amenities aur actual delivery mein kitna farak hota hai? Snag list ka kya scene hai?

Sabki baatein sunke lag raha hai ki first-time buyer hona kitna difficult hai. Ek taraf investment ka pressure, doosri taraf builder ki promises. Sattva Lake Ridge mein amenities toh achhi dikhti hain brochure mein, but as everyone said, execution is key. Maybe we should look for projects closer to possession, even if it means slightly higher cost? Or at least builders with a more proven track record for on-time delivery and quality, like in Banjara Hills, though that's a different price bracket altogether.
U1, same boat here. I'm also a first-time buyer and the sheer number of upcoming projects is confusing. 897 units in Lake Ridge is a huge number. Kya inke paas utna manpower hai ki sab quality maintain karein? Snag list toh pakka lambi hone wali hai.
Oh god, 6 months? That's my biggest fear as a first-timer.
U7, exactly! Jab itne saare units hote hain, quality control becomes a nightmare. Mere ek relative ne Begumpet mein ek bade builder se liya tha, unko 6 mahine lag gaye the sirf basic snags fix karwane mein. Plumbing leaks, electrical issues, doors not fitting properly. Lake Ridge ka toh 2028 possession hai, pata nahi tab tak kya haal hoga. Be prepared for a long wait even after possession for fixes.
U3, you hit the nail on the head! I visited their sales office for Lake Ridge. They showed me these amazing renders of the clubhouse, swimming pool, everything. But jab maine pucha ki current projects mein kya status hai, they just brushed it off. Kya inka RERA compliance theek hai? Aur is price point pe, kya yeh investment worth it hai considering the upcoming inventory in areas like Alwal?
RERA website pe check karo. Sab details mil jaayenge. But haan, price point pe Alwal is getting competitive.
U4, RERA compliance toh basic hai, woh toh sab karte hain. But actual delivery mein kitna time lagta hai, that's the real question. Alwal mein options hain but prices have shot up. Sattva Lake Ridge is still upcoming, so maybe there's a chance they'll deliver, but I'm also skeptical.
Bhai, Sattva is known for grand brochures. Lake Ridge ka possession date 2028-01-01 hai, abhi toh bahut time hai. But knowing their track record, I'd be wary. My friend booked in their Attapur project, aur abhi tak club house pura nahi bana hai.
Totally agree yaar! Maine bhi suna hai unke previous projects mein bahut issues aaye hain. Especially amenities ko leke.
