Sattva Lake Ridge amenities are just for show, right?

Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent again! I'm finally taking the plunge, looking at Sattva Lake Ridge (upcoming). Brochure looks amazing, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Are those amenities useful, or just add to maintenance? What's the real vibe?
