Sattva Lake Ridge — everyone glorifies the clubhouse. For investors, are these amenities actually used, ya sirf high maintenance ka reason hai? Resale pe impact? Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly! Yehi toh main bhi soch raha hoon. Sattva Lake Ridge ka location toh theek hai, but ye fancy amenities dikhake maintenance itna badha denge ki first-time buyers ka budget hil jayega. Aur 2028 tak toh aur kitne hidden charges nikal aayenge?
Bilkul sahi kaha, amenities sirf show-off ke liye hoti hain. Resale pe koi khas impact nahi hota inka.
Totally agree with U1! Mera friend ne ek aur project mein book kiya tha Hyderabad mein, bolte the 'luxury living'. Ab har quarter naya maintenance charge aa jata hai. Swimming pool aur gym saal mein 2-3 baar use hota hai, bill sabko bharna padta hai. Plus, 2028 possession date ka matlab hai builder ke paas kaafi time hai rate adjust karne ka. RERA portal pe check karlo developer ka track record for delays and cost escalations. Market conditions bhi change hoti rehti hain, abhi toh interest rates bhi high hain.
