2 months into Sattva Lake Ridge, I'm already seeing some issues that are making me question daily life here. The elevators, honestly, they're so slow, and I've heard about breakdowns. Maintenance response feels sluggish. My biggest concern is the children's play area. It looked great in brochures, but it's often crowded and not always well-maintained. My kids don't even want to go there much. Is this common for new projects in Hyderabad? Did anyone else at Sattva Lake Ridge face similar issues? Should I push the management committee more, or is this just how it is?

Hold on, the project is still under construction, RERA ID P02400000857 shows possession as Jan 2028. The original post says '2 months into Sattva Lake Ridge'. This implies someone has already moved in. Are we talking about the same project? Or is this a common trick where they give partial possession or early access? With 897 total units, if issues are showing up even before full completion, that's a serious red flag. What's the builder's track record with RERA compliance or past projects in Hyderabad, especially around areas like Ameerpet or Alwal? Anyone know?
Oh man, I heard good things about Sattva! Ab yeh sunke toh darr lag raha hai. My agent was pushing this project hard.
Totally agree with the post. Sattva Lake Ridge is still 'upcoming' with a possession date of 2028-01-01, right? How can someone already be '2 months in' and facing these issues? Is the original poster talking about a different phase or something? This is confusing and concerning. Need clarity here.
Yaar, this is exactly what I'm scared of as a first-time buyer. Brochures mein sab dream lagta hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. I was actually considering Sattva Lake Ridge because of its location, but hearing about these issues with elevators and maintenance, that too so early, is a huge red flag. And children's play area ka issue is a big deal for families. Is this why the possession is still 2028 and they are already struggling? It feels like builders promise the moon and deliver a pebble. I'm already nervous about my budget, aur upar se aise hidden problems... it just adds to the stress.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Budget pehle hi tight hai, upar se yeh sab tensions. Headache hai bhai!
Exactly! I visited a similar project near Banjara Hills, and the sample flat was amazing, but when I spoke to some people who had booked earlier phases, they had similar complaints about amenities not being up to the mark after possession. Builder ka naam bada hai, but quality control and maintenance ekdum zero. Makes you think twice about trusting big names.
