Is Sattva Lake Ridge's promised clubhouse and pool actually getting built properly, or is it sab brochure pe hi achha lagta hai? I'm a first-time buyer, booked a 3BHK, and honestly, the amenities were a huge selling point. Now construction looks so slow for those parts, aur quality bhi doubtful lag rahi hai. My parents keep saying these builders over-promise. Am I overthinking, or have others faced this with Sattva? Bahut tension ho rahi hai about paying high maintenance later for half-baked facilities. Kya karein?
