Sattva Lake Ridge amenities: What's the real story?

Just moved into Sattva Lake Ridge last month. Brochure mein toh sab amazing dikhta hai. But amenities actually kitni functional hain? Like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, are they well-maintained? Or sirf show-off ke liye hain? Koi first-hand experience share kar sakta hai?
