Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm checking out Sattva Lake Ridge for a 3BHK upgrade, currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli. Initial quote for a 3BHK was around ₹1.5 Cr, but then the builder starts adding all these 'other charges'. PLC, electrical meter, legal fees, IFMS, amenity charges… it just keeps piling up. Brochure mein toh sab transparent lagta hai, but actual mein it's like a different story. My budget is already stretched for the EMI, and these unexpected costs are making me rethink. Is this normal for Sattva projects? Or for Hyderabad in general? How do people manage these hidden costs? Kya yeh sab negotiate ho sakta hai?
