Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge last week. Okay, I'll say what no one says: all those grand amenities? Pure marketing for people like me. My kids are grown, I don't need a huge clubhouse or multiple sports courts. For empty nesters, isn't it just an added maintenance burden? Does it *really* boost resale value for someone wanting a quiet life? Disagree? Tell me why.
