Sattva Lake Ridge: Are we overlooking delivery risks?
Since last year, I've been trying to figure out Hyderabad real estate for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so visiting isn't easy to check things myself. Everyone talks about Sattva Lake Ridge's potential, but nobody seems to mention the actual risks. It's an upcoming project, so what's the real ground reality on their RERA compliance? And honestly, Sattva's track record for *on-time* delivery has been a bit shaky from what I hear. Is this just another project that'll drag on for years? I need a clear exit strategy in 5-7 years, but if it’s delayed, that messes up everything for resale. I'm worried about getting stuck with a property that's hard to offload later, especially if it becomes a 'ghost society' with too many investors making the secondary market illiquid. What's the resale market like for these delayed projects? Change my mind if I'm wrong.
