2 years into possession, my old flat's maintenance costs shot up due to bad construction. Sattva Lake Ridge mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? Does poor finish affect resale value and tenant attraction?

Starting mein sab theek tha, but 2 saal baad se seepage issues, lift breakdowns, aur ab toh plumbing bhi problem kar raha hai. Maintenance charges toh आसमान छू रहे हैं. Poor finish sirf aesthetic nahi hota, long-term mein pocket pe bhaari padta hai. Resale value bhi gir jaati hai, kaun lega problem wala flat?

Main toh personal experience se bata raha hoon, upcoming project mein booking karna ek gamble hai. Maine 3 saal pehle Banjara Hills mein ek project book kiya tha, builder ne possession 2 baar extend kar diya aur ab quality issues sun raha hoon. Agar budget-conscious ho toh ready-to-move ya near-completion projects dekho. 897 units hain, pressure mein quality compromise ho sakti hai.
RERA status toh upcoming projects ka generally mil jaata hai, but details bahut vague hote hain. Sattva Lake Ridge ka RERA number toh website pe hoga, but actual quality check toh site visit ke baad hi pata chalta hai. Aur 2028 is a long, long wait, market conditions bhi change ho sakte hain.
