Apply to 3-4 different banks – public sector jaise SBI/PNB aur private jaise HDFC/ICICI. Jahaan se best terms aur quick approval mile, wahaan se proceed karo. Aur builder ke legal documents ko kisi independent lawyer se cross-check zaroor karwao. It's a huge investment, no shortcuts.
Lake Ridge ka RERA possession date kya hai? Aur abhi tak construction status kitna hai? Sometimes banks hold back if the project is delayed.

But for Lake Ridge, I heard from a property agent that Union Bank of India aur Canara Bank are being more flexible. Maybe try them? They approved my loan for a project in Alwal quite quickly recently.
