₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Sattva Lake Ridge, but I'm worried about basic utilities. My current 2BHK mein power backup kaafi weak hai. Is this project mein full flat power backup milta hai ya bas common areas? Aur water supply kitna reliable hai, ya tanker dependency rehti hai? Upgrading ke baad bhi ye sab issues nahi chahiye yaar.

Sattva Lake Ridge? Wow, location toh acchi hai, but 1.2 Cr for an upcoming project with 2028-01-01 possession seems risky. Utni investment mein I'd expect top-notch utilities, not basic worries. Anyone else heard anything specific about their commitment to 24/7 power and water?

Haan, U3, sahi bol rahe ho. 2028-01-01 possession date hai, kaafi time hai. Builders often promise the moon for upcoming projects. My cousin booked a flat in Attapur, same issue. They promised full backup, but ended up with common area only. Always get it in writing from Sattva.

Bhai, good question. Sattva ka track record mixed hai utilities ke maamle mein. Mere friend ne Ameerpet mein ek project liya tha unka, power backup issue wahan bhi tha. 1.2 Cr is a lot to pay for basic problems, so your concern is valid.
