Yaar, Sattva ka track record mixed hai. Lake Ridge upcoming hai, possession date 2028-01-01 dikha raha hai. Gachibowli mein itne projects delay ho rahe hain, is date pe trust karna mushkil hai. Kahin ghost society na ban jaaye, especially agar investor ratio high raha toh. Builder trust factor pe main toh thoda wary rehta hu. Is date pe project deliver ho payega kya?
