Nahin, 2028-01-01 realistic nahi lagti agar unka previous record itna kharab hai. Ye sirf RERA compliance ke liye ek tentative date hoti hai aksar. Builder ke paas 1 saal ka grace period bhi hota hai
Yaar, maine toh ek aur project mein phasa hoon Alwal mein. Builder ne 2 saal tak ghumaya, finally RERA mein complaint karke kuch settlement hua, but the mental stress was huge. Sattva ka toh kaafi badnaam hai, especially for Lake Ridge ke pehle ke projects. Pehle research karni chahiye thi.
Main bhi Sattva ke projects dekh raha tha Begumpet mein, but unka track record sunke darr lag raha hai. Kya sach mein itne delays hote hain? Mere friends ne bhi bola ki inpe zyada bharosa mat karo.
