15% carpet area difference from brochure for Sattva Lake Ridge. Builder ka yeh super area game bohot annoying hai. I know the tricks, but actual livable space kitna milega? Floor plan efficiency pe gussa aata hai. Misleading lagta hai, yaar. Kya others ko bhi yeh issue laga?

Haan yaar, same feeling. Sattva Lake Ridge mein 897 units hain, toh itne saare logon ko affect karega yeh. Kya koi ne RERA mein check kiya hai iska carpet area registration? Possession date 2028 hai, kaafi time hai abhi.

RERA mein toh super built-up area hi mention karte hain, carpet area ka calculation thoda tricky hota hai. But 15% discrepancy toh RERA guidelines ke against hai, I think. Builder ko explain karna padega.
Bhai, totally agree! Yeh builder log hamesha aise hi karte hain. Meri bhi budget tight hai aur yeh space ka chakkar bohot tension deta hai.

Mere ek friend ne Attapur mein ek project liya tha, wahan bhi same problem. Builder ne end mein bola ki common areas ka percentage zyada ho gaya. Hum budget-conscious log hain, har sqft matter karta hai. Ab toh lagta hai site visit se pehle measuring tape leke jaana padega!
Mujhe bhi yeh issue laga. Unki sales team toh bolti hai ki industry standard hai, but 15% difference is huge. 2028 tak possession hai, tab tak aur kya kya changes honge, pata nahi.
Sahi pakda hai bhai! Yeh toh har builder ki kahani hai. Frustration max.
