Sattva Lake Ridge clubhouse feels like a ghost town

Visited Sattva Lake Ridge multiple times before buying. Now that I've finally moved in a couple of months back, possession was in March, I'm genuinely wondering about the clubhouse usage. It looked great on paper, but it's mostly empty, isn't it? Like, is anyone actually using the squash court? Or is it just my block? Also, noticed a small crack near the window frame already. Not major, but makes you wonder about construction quality after just 3 months. What's everyone else's experience here?
