Sattva Lake Ridge: Clubhouse promises vs. our family's reality

₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK at Sattva Lake Ridge, and I'm honestly regretting it. Brochure mein toh resort jaisa clubhouse dikhaya tha. Ab toh lagta hai bas ek bada hall hai, kids ke liye kuch khaas nahi. My wife was so excited for the swimming pool, but it's always dirty ya under maintenance. Plus, already walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain. Is this normal for new projects? Feeling cheated, yaar. Anyone else facing similar issues with amenities and basic construction quality post-possession?
