Sattva Lake Ridge — been looking at this one for a while, seems decent for our needs. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore, just something manageable with an elevator, yaar. My main concern is the 'society-vibe' there. It's an upcoming project, so not sure about the end-user vs. investor ratio. Kahin ghost society na ban jaye, you know? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency ka risk toh nahi hoga? Senior citizens ke liye yeh sab chinta rehti hai. Jo log wahan ke aas paas rehte hain, ya jinka koi friend hai wahan, please share your thoughts. Is it a good bet for peaceful living?

Totally relate, yaar. My biggest fear for any upcoming project is exactly this 'ghost society' thing. Especially for senior citizens, it's about the community more than just the flat itself. And water, that's a universal worry in Hyderabad, no?
