Sattva Lake Ridge — I'm seriously looking at this upcoming project. Fed up of renting, honestly. My landlord just hiked rent again. I'm trying to figure out if it's genuinely good to live in daily or just looks great on paper. What's the neighbourhood quality like for schools and markets? And how's the community vibe there? Is it friendly or more isolated?

Totally feel you, U1! Rent hikes are brutal. Sattva Lake Ridge looks promising on paper, especially with the amenities. I'm also tired of throwing money into someone else's pocket. Hope it turns out to be a good investment. Kya pata, maybe it's finally time for us first-time buyers!
